CAPABILITIES

Where Simonette fits in

Simonette adds gas processing capacity to CSV’s network south of Grande Prairie.

It’s one of CSV’s first facilities with multiple producers, expanding the company’s ability to manage commercial and operational relationships across customers in the region.

Simonette also offers expandability to bring in additional gas volumes, positioning it as a growth area within CSV’s platform.

Processed gas is delivered to the TC Energy NGTL and Alliance pipeline systems, and stabilized condensate is trucked to Pembina Pipeline’s Lator Facility.

Designed for low-sulfur gas streams with integrated dehydration, refrigeration, condensate stabilization, and compression services

Advanced systems allow the plant to be overseen and brought back online remotely, reducing downtime

Supports customers in an active area of the Montney with limited midstream alternatives

Mechanical refrigeration unit capable of -35°C, producing C3/C4 NGL and C5+ products

Gas rate currently limited to 57 MMScf/d, expandable to 100 MMScf/d, supported by 8,601 horsepower of installed process compression.

Hydrocarbon liquid–rich processing facility designed for 450 m³/d of liquid hydrocarbons (500 m³ slug capacity) and 350 m³/d of water (1,000 m³ slug capacity)
