Before helping to found CSV Midstream Solutions in 2014, I spent 25 years working across corporate finance and capital markets in Alberta and Toronto. My experience spans investment research, investment banking, corporate development, and treasury roles, with a strong focus on the resource sector. I was a founding Managing Director in equity research at a boutique investment dealer specializing in energy, agribusiness, and energy infrastructure, and spent more than a decade analyzing junior and mid-cap exploration and production companies in the Western Canadian Sedimentary Basin.

At CSV, my role is to bring that financial discipline and market perspective into how we build and grow the business, and help fund that growth efficiently. Creating Shared Value means making decisions that are financially sound, transparent, and grounded in long-term thinking. I believe strong relationships, trust, and accountability are just as important as capital when it comes to building a company that can navigate cycles and deliver sustainable value for investors, partners, employees, and communities.

Alberta has been home for most of my life, and I feel deeply connected to this place and its people. Outside of work, I enjoy photography, fly fishing, and time in the mountains. I also serve on the board of Prospect Human Services, an organization that supports individuals facing barriers to employment, which reflects my belief that meaningful work and opportunity are essential to strong communities.
