I began my career as an engineer in Alberta’s oil and gas industry more than 30 years ago and have spent that time building and operating energy infrastructure that delivers clean, reliable energy across North America. My experience includes leading regulated natural gas pipelines, gathering and processing facilities, and storage businesses in Alberta, British Columbia, and the United States. I have held executive roles in both privately held and publicly traded energy infrastructure companies, ranging from private equity-backed midstream businesses to large, established pipeline operators. Throughout my career, I have been motivated by the challenge of building strong organizations and by the belief that affordable, dependable energy plays an important role in improving quality of life.

I joined CSV Midstream in 2017 because I was drawn to the people and the values behind the business. Creating Shared Value is embedded in how we operate, from the way we work together internally to how we develop and operate infrastructure responsibly. I believe effective leadership requires humility, collaboration, and accountability, and that the best outcomes are achieved when employees, partners, and communities all share in the success of the work.

Outside of work, I find balance in my faith, my family, and time spent outdoors. Whether skiing, hiking, or spending time with my wife and grown children, I value the perspective that comes from staying connected to the people and places that matter most.
